Production process:
1. First, obtain photos of the old house provided by the customer, and determine the model structure and details through computer drawing.
2. Use machines to carve and cut basic materials such as boards, accurately making components such as doors, windows, and walls.
3. Use clay sculpture or 3D printing technology to produce accessories such as figures and special objects, while complex objects such as textile machines are hand carved and pieced together from wood.
4. Assemble the components and use toothpicks or wooden sticks to physically connect some of the connections to enhance stability.
5. Apply three layers of putty to the model to shape it, mix and color it, and then do an aging treatment to enhance its realism and retro feel.
6. Small items will be individually packaged and shipped, and the overall model will be delivered to the customer after completion.
