We strongly encourage you to provide reference photos (such as your house, pet, or a dream scene) and detailed textual descriptions. Our artists will communicate with you, incorporating your ideas and emotions into the design to ensure that the final product is unique and holds special meaning for you.

2.Question: What materials are usually required to create a micro landscape? Are they real plants?

Answer: In order to ensure the durability and ease of maintenance of the works during international transportation, we mainly use high fidelity artificial plants, resins, polymer clay, wood, and specialized materials for miniature models. We do not use fresh plants, but this can keep your micro landscape in a vibrant state forever, without the need for watering or lighting.

3.Question: What is the approximate size and dimensions of the finished product?

Answer: The common size range for our works is between 50cm and 80cm in diameter/side length. The specific size will be determined during the quotation based on the complexity of the scene and your needs. Each product page and final design draft will indicate precise dimensions, please pay attention.

4.Question: Can I customize a courtyard exactly like my home?

Answer (requires your confirmation): We strive to replicate the architecture, vegetation, and layout as accurately as possible, and require you to provide multi angle, clear photos, videos, and dimensional drawings to determine the degree of restoration. The general reduction degree is above 95%.

5.Question: How much does it cost to customize a micro landscape?

Answer: Prices vary depending on the complexity of the design, size, and materials used. A simple customized scenario starts at around $5000, while more complex projects may reach up to $10000. After you fill out the requirement form, we will provide you with a transparent and detailed quotation with no hidden fees.

6.Question: Why is a deposit required? Can the deposit be refunded?

Answer: Charging a 50% deposit is the standard practice in the customization industry. Because it covers in-depth communication in the early stages, exclusive design, and the time and effort invested in locking in production schedules for you. Due to the exclusivity of each artist's time, the deposit is non refundable once paid. Please refer to our 'Customized Service Terms' for detailed policies.

7.Question: How should I make the payment? What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept payments from major global credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other mainstream lending methods through secure payment gateways such as Stripe. The payment process is fully encrypted to ensure the security of your funds.

8.Question: How long does it take from placing the order to receiving the goods?

Answer: Total time=current schedule+production cycle+international shipping time.
*Production cycle: usually 2-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.
*Shipping time: usually 7-15 working days, depending on the destination country.
After we receive the deposit, we will immediately inform you of the expected completion date of the work.

9.Question: How can you package it to ensure its safe delivery to me from afar?

Answer: Safe transportation is our top priority. We use multi-layer professional packaging: first, the model itself is internally reinforced, then it is firmly fixed in a customized carton with high-density shock proof foam, and finally loaded into an external transport box. For extremely fragile items, we usually use separate packaging to minimize transportation risks.

10.Question: Which countries do you ship to? What are the shipping and customs fees?
Answer: We support delivery to most countries worldwide. Freight and tariffs vary depending on the destination. Our product comes with free shipping. Regarding tariffs, they are levied by the customs of the destination country based on the value of the goods, and the taxes and fees need to be borne by the recipient themselves. Please be informed.

11.Question: If I don't like it after receiving it, can I return or exchange it?
Answer: As each piece of work is tailored to your personal preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there are serious production errors (significantly different from the confirmed design draft). We ensure that it fully meets your expectations through detailed requirement communication and multiple rounds of design confirmation.

13.Question:The size you made is bigger than I imagined! Will it be very bulky? How should I place it?

Answer: Yes, our artwork is designed as an iconic home art display, and it does require a sturdy countertop, cabinet, or custom bracket to support it. The weight of 8kg ensures its stability. Before placing your order, we suggest that you plan the placement in advance. For larger customized sizes, we strongly recommend ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the furniture. Of course, we can make different sizes according to your needs.

14.Question: Why is the price of a micro landscape so high?

Answer (value reshaping): This price reflects its value as a complex handmade artwork, rather than just a decoration. The main cost components include:

Artist deep customization work hours: Depending on the difficulty level of the product, designers need dozens of days of pure manual creation.

Special materials and living plants: high-quality foam sculpture base, customized plastic components, and selected and maintained real plants.

Extremely high logistics and packaging costs: To safely transport such large and fragile items, we have invested heavily in "embedded packaging" materials and international shipping costs.

Transportation insurance: To ensure your rights, we have purchased full price insurance for each package.

15.Question: How do you ensure that such a large object remains intact after being shipped by sea or air?

Answer: This is exactly where our profession lies. Our patented 'embedded packaging' solution is designed to protect such fragile artworks. Specifically, it includes:

Customized foam mold: carve high-density foam inner support tailored for your micro landscape, firmly "inlay" the model into it, and achieve 360 degree buffer without dead corners.

Key components are detachable: To avoid transportation resonance damage, such as particularly slender branches or decorations, they may be designed to be detachable and come with simple assembly instructions.

Durable outer box: The inner packaging will be reinforced again in a thick five layer corrugated paper outer box.

16.Question: Is it difficult to assemble the product after receiving it?

Answer: It's not difficult at all! We have assembled 99% of the components for you. If there are any detachable small parts, we will attach a clear illustrated assembly guide inside the packaging, which you can easily complete in just a few minutes. No tools or professional skills are required.

 

17.Question: What if it is damaged during transportation?

Answer: We have purchased transportation insurance for each package. If there is any unfortunate damage, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package by taking a video of the unopened container and clear photos of the damaged parts. We will arrange a resend or claim for you according to the insurance terms.
