Goodnba Custom Miniature Landscape Logistics and Shipping Policy

 This policy applies to delivery services for all custom micro-models (hereinafter referred to as "Products") ordered through this website. Due to the customized, fragile, and potentially high-value nature of the Products, this policy differs significantly from standard merchandise logistics. Please read carefully before placing your order.

 1. Delivery Regions and Shipping Methods

 We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, major EU countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions. Due to the unique nature of the Products, we primarily utilize the following logistics solutions:

 International Air Freight: Suitable for most single-item or small-batch orders, offering relatively fast delivery and controlled environmental conditions.

 International Sea Freight: Suitable for bulk orders or exceptionally large single-piece models. Cost-effective but time-consuming.

 Specialized Art/Oversized Logistics: For items exceeding standard dimensions (e.g., any single side exceeding 1.5 meters) or high-value pieces, we collaborate with specialized art logistics providers. The final shipping method will be determined in consultation with you after order confirmation, based on the product's specific dimensions, weight, value, and destination.

 2. Customized Packaging & Security Assurance

 To ensure your miniature model arrives flawlessly during long-distance transport, we employ industry-leading packaging standards:

 Custom Wooden Crates: Each product is encased in a reinforced wooden crate custom-built to its shape and dimensions. All wood complies with IPPC ISPM-15 international standards (heat-treated to prevent pests).

 Internal Cushioning: High-density shock-absorbing foam and acid-free cotton paper fill and secure the interior, preventing product movement.

 Environmental Control: For temperature- and humidity-sensitive materials, desiccants are placed within the packaging. When required, packaging solutions with temperature/humidity data loggers can be provided to monitor the transport environment throughout the journey.

 3. Estimated Transit Time

 As all products are custom-made, shipping timelines are calculated from the completion of production and packaging, excluding production time.

 The above lead times are estimates and do not include destination customs clearance time. Customs delays may result in extended delivery times.

 4. Shipping Costs, Duties, and Insurance

 Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping fees are not fixed and will be calculated at checkout based on the final product dimensions, weight, packaging volume, delivery address, and selected service tier. You may also obtain a quote prior to purchase via service@goodnba.com咨询预估运费.

 Duties and Taxes: Imported goods may incur duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), etc., according to destination country regulations. All such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Regions like the EU have abolished duty-free policies for small parcels; all imports require declaration and may incur charges. We recommend researching your country's import regulations beforehand.

 Shipping Insurance: All orders automatically include full shipping insurance, with you (the recipient) as the beneficiary. This insurance covers risks such as loss or damage during transit caused by the carrier.

 5. Customs Clearance and Delivery

 Customs Documentation: We provide complete commercial invoices, packing lists, and other necessary documents, and assist in declaring the correct Harmonized System (HS) code (e.g., 9703 for original sculptures).

 Final Delivery: Standard service typically includes "Delivered at Place" (DAP). For additional services like upstairs delivery, placement in specific rooms, or installation, please contact us in advance. We can coordinate with logistics providers, but extra fees may apply.

 6. Signing and Inspection Process (Critical)

 Given the fragile and custom nature of the product, please inspect the contents before signing for delivery:

 External Inspection: Upon delivery, first examine the outer wooden crate for severe damage, crushing, or water stains. If significant abnormalities are present, note "Damaged Outer Packaging" on the delivery receipt and take photographs.

 Unpacking Inspection: While the courier is present, open the outer packaging and inspect the main product for visible damage or significant defects.

 Issue Resolution: If damage is found, immediately take photos (of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged product areas) and refuse delivery. Alternatively, clearly document the damage on the delivery receipt and have the courier sign to confirm. Then promptly send the photos and a detailed description to [Your After-Sales Email] to contact us.

 Important: Failure to perform the unboxing inspection or reporting shipping damage more than 48 hours after signing for the package will make subsequent insurance claims extremely difficult. We cannot assume responsibility for replacements or repairs under such circumstances.

 Disclaimer: We assume no liability for delivery delays caused by customs clearance delays, failure of the recipient to provide customs clearance documents in a timely manner, incorrect addresses, no one available to sign for the package, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or major epidemics). For returns or reshipments due to buyer reasons, all round-trip shipping costs and associated risks shall be borne by the buyer.
